About The Event

The 2024 Lab Manager Leadership Summit will take place April 29-May 1 in Denver, CO. This flagship Summit provides current and aspiring lab leaders with the skills and knowledge required to run their labs like a business.

Expert speakers will offer actionable advice to overcome key challenges for today’s labs while workshops and roundtable discussions provide attendees with hands-on, interactive experiences designed specifically for lab professionals.

Discussion topics range from effective communication, innovative leadership, and DEI strategies to skills development and lab ops and quality, among others.

By participating in the Leadership Summit, attendees will be equipped to handle a variety of challenges, will feel a renewed sense of motivation, and learn how to reach higher levels of engagement and efficiency among their teams. Attendees will also experience a variety of intimate networking opportunities where friendships and peer relationships are made that last far beyond the event.

New to the 2024 Leadership Summit will be clinical- and safety-specific tracks! In addition to the attendee-favorite activities offered on Monday, April 29, our partners at Today’s Clinical Lab invite attendees from clinical and medical labs to join their lineup of panel discussions, speaker presentations and a workshop. On Tuesday, April 30, a lab safety-specific track will cover topics like how to elevate safety training, developing safety expertise among you teams, and solutions to your biggest lab safety challenges.

A unique behind-the-scenes tour of the Colorado School of Mines will also be part of the 2024 Leadership Summit agenda.

Finally, the winners of the Leadership Excellence Awards and the Safety Excellent Awards are also honored at this can’t-miss event.
