The Carnegie Mellon University Cloud Lab will be the location for the morning lab tour. The location for the afternoon lab tour will be announced soon.

There will be two options for workshops in the morning—One on workplace conflict management and resolution, and the other will focus on budgeting and operational efficiency for clinical labs.

The afternoon workshop will be led by Lab Manager Academy instructor Tracy Durnan, on lab crisis preparation.

This schedule enables attendees to participate in a full day of activities. Sufficient time has been allotted for attendees to choose a workshop or lab tour in the morning and attend a different activity in the afternoon.
