Submissions must be completed through this link, using the Lab Manager Leadership Excellence Awards entry form.
Winners should be prepared to send the Lab Manager team a high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) headshot image. Please include a signed release form from your photographer or organization (if needed), verifying that they allow their images to be released for use in your contest submission and also for use in Lab Manager editorial coverage and Lab Manager Leadership Summit promotional materials.
Entrants can nominate themselves or a colleague who meet the criteria for one or more of the award categories.
Entrants may submit the same person for more than one category; however, one person cannot win more than one category.
Laboratory managers, directors, supervisors, principal investigators, safety managers, sustainability leaders, or anyone who manages a team with at least five direct reports and is employed by a scientific organization are all highly encouraged to apply.
Information to include in the “why choose me” box:
A story/example(s) of how you or the nominated entrant improved the workplace
Quantitative data to support your eligibility. Example: increased productivity by X% year over year; increased revenue by X% over the last year; mentored and promoted X number of employees over the last five years, has received previous recognition or accolades, etc.
