Strengthening Lab Quality Through Staff Retention
Given the Great Resignation, retirements, and programs not graduating enough qualified students to fill the gap by those leaving the lab industry, the shortage of laboratorians is slated to continue, and labs need to invest in retention practices. We will discuss company culture and methods to improve the retention of top talent, as well as who is responsible for improving retention practices and maintaining company culture on an on-going basis (spoiler alert: it’s not necessarily Human Resources!). Additionally, we’ll cover tips to onboard new employees in ways that set them up for success, as well as how to support them in their career trajectory at your lab so as to create an environment they won’t want to leave.

Navigating Data Governance Expectations in Today’s Regulated Landscape
Regulated organizations face increasing pressure to manage data responsibly and compliantly for patient safety, product safety, and supply chain reliability. How you managed data, compliance, and validation in the 1900's no longer meets expectations and you must exceed current good manufacturing practice requirements (CGMP) to demonstrate your Quality Management Maturity. This webinar will delve into key critical aspects of data governance and critical thinking, offering insights and strategies to help navigate the current dynamics, evolve your approach, and modernize your ways of working.
