About The Event

The 2026 Lab Manager Leadership Summit will take place April 20-22 in Phoenix, AZ. Now in its sixth year, the in-person Leadership Summit provides current and aspiring lab leaders with the skills and knowledge required to run their labs like a business.

Expert speakers will offer actionable advice to overcome key challenges for today’s labs while workshops and roundtable discussions provide attendees with hands-on, interactive experiences designed by lab professionals for lab professionals.

Discussions will focus on topics such as: inspiring staff, effectively communicating through difficult scenarios, establishing a culture of lab quality, planning for future unknowns, sustainability-focused decision-making, and business management skills, among others. Finally, the winners of the Leadership Excellence Awards are also honored at this can’t-miss event.
